At CRP, Chris helps build partnerships with like-minded organizations that are focused on addressing historical inequities in Prince George’s County. As a Prince George’s County native and father of three, Chris is deeply committed to improving the quality of life for residents to build a brighter future. Throughout his career, Chris has held roles focused on managing large-scale public-private partnerships and building coalitions aimed at serving the needs of communities throughout the United States.

Andy Lecointe

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
At CRP, Andy focuses on financial management, reporting, and data collection. Andy has over 13 years of experience in various finance and project management roles, totaling over $207 million and 1,000 hours in projects. Moreover, Andy has managed large-scale multi-stakeholder projects throughout Prince George’s County and other jurisdictions within the Greater Washington DC area. He has leveraged his project management and finance skillset to coordinate services for those in need throughout the region.
