Andrew Lecointe is a dedicated finance professional currently serving as the Accounts Receivables Manager at Pat McGrath Cosmetics. With a strong foundation in financial management and a meticulous attention to detail, Andrew plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s financial transactions and credit management processes. Andrew’s professional career began with a solid educational background, earning him a Bachelor’s of Arts from Temple University and an MPS from St. John’s University. His journey and experience in finance has allowed him to leverage his expertise in financial analysis and reporting to contribute significantly to the company’s financial health.
Jeanine Murphy
Serves in City of Baltimore, City Hall, Finance and Budget Administration, as Senior Executive Assistant, under four mayoral administrations. With over 25 years of optimizing executive productivity, Jeanine’s career opportunities in private and government sectors, have afforded her positions at Maxim HealthCare Corp., National City Mortgage, and the International Basketball League, leveraging expertise to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement. Jeanine holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Stevenson University (MD) and an active alumnus of Stevenson University and Pine Forge Academy, a historically Black Pennsylvania boarding school. Jeanine also coordinates the Bureau of the Budget, “Good Government Book Club”, which helped to establish her leadership role. Dedicated to making a positive impact in her career and community, she enjoys travel, a growing passion for gardening, musical theatre, and cherishes spending her time with her grandchildren and Golden Retriever.
Raymond Smith Jr
Born and raised in Washington, D.C. Raymond Smith Jr. graduated from Spingarn Senior High School. He has worked with several corporations which helped him to develop his skill and flair for business and working with people.
Affectionately known as Coach Ray to many parents, students, and others in the community even after many years of no longer coaching or playing football; he has coached students from the Greater Metropolitan area out of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington DC known as the Potomac Valley Blue Devils Youth basketball team. He was the founder of The Youth Track Foundation. Many of his former players have gone on to become leaders in their communities as well as reaching NFL and NBA status.
After becoming blind in 2007, attendance at the Blind Industries School in Baltimore, Md. helped create a new vision and purpose. This led to becoming an advocate for the community of the disabled. He has traveled across the nation meeting with congressmen, U.S. Senators, and other legislators. He takes pride in having the opportunity to fight for equality and justice for disabled citizens.
He is a board member of several organizations: Co-chair of Ecumenical Health Council of the PTHC Partnership; Board member of the Maryland State Independent Living Council; Commissioner for the Prince George’s County Department of Aging; Mental Health and Physical Disabilities, and the Inclusion Division of Maryland’s Commission for Parks, Planning and Recreation.
I believe in the inclusion of all persons in all venues. The disabled community is made up of a group of individuals with amazing capabilities. This is why I continue to seek positions that help me to assist the disenfranchised.
